Customer rights
It is important as a customer to know what your rights are, specifically if you are not happy with a product or service, on it we feel that it is not very good if it is written in an ambiguous manner, so we decided to make the writing simple and clear. In the husk all goods and services shall be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, manufactured to good standards of craftsmanship and delivered as required.
If you are unhappy with a product or service we would like to hear from you as many things as possible to categorize as quickly as possible, the first step is to contact customer services, and you will find the details on this site.
buytronics respects at all times the privacy and confidentiality of personal information, and our employees will always treat you with courtesy and respect your legal and human rights.
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours, your payment will be returned through solutions that were initially used with customers, please allow funds transfer to be completed within 7 days.
FAQs
(1) Log in to your Buytronics account. (2) Add items to your Shopping Cart. (3) Go to your Shopping Cart; add or remove quantities if needed. (4) Add and select your preferred delivery address. (5) Review the order summary and choose your desired payment method. (6) For cash on delivery payment, click continue to finish your order. For debit/credit card payment, fill in the required details then click continue to complete your order. (7) If you require an invoice, click “Generate Invoice” and the file will be ready in PDF format.
Go to Orders page then choose which item in an order you want to cancel. Click the cancel button and confirm. You may only cancel your order within 24hrs if it is not being processed yet. If the cancel button on your order is not available anymore, it means that the order is already confirmed and on process.
Go to Orders then choose the product you want to return. Click “Return” then it will be redirected to Returns page. Fill out the return reason and other necessary details. The request will be checked and verified by our Team. You will be notified via email or text message for the approval status of your return request. You may only return an item within 15days after receipt of shipment.

Order is being cancelled due to: (1) Address issue. It will be canceled if we fail to contact you about Address issue of your order. (2) COD confirmation. It will be cancelled if we fail to contact you to confirm the order within 3 days. (3) Out of stock: It will be canceled if all the items are out of stock.
During the order preparation, some items are out of stock and our sellers need time to update the stock information online, which causes this situation. For COD order: (1) If some items are out of stock, we will cancel these items and deduct the items’ price from your total amount. (2) If all the items are out of stock, we will cancel your order. Non-COD order: (1) If some items are out of stock, we will cancel these items and refund the items’ price to your original payment or buytronics credit. (2) If all the items are out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund total amount to your original payment or buytronics credit. Note: Refund takes 10-45 days for debit/credit card payments.
It depends on the delivery location. Usually, it only takes 1-3 working days before you receive your order.

Warranty and Return Policy
Buytronics Return Policy
1. General Conditions
Approval Requirement: All return requests are subject to Buytronics’ approval.
Return Window: Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the shipment.
2. Return Reasons and Conditions
Wrong or Not as Described: Return allowed if the product received is incorrect or not as described.
Damaged Product: Return allowed for damaged products.
Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted under specific conditions.
3. Return Conditions
Original Packaging: Products must be in original, unbroken packaging with all tags, accessories, and any free-of-charge items.
Electronics: Opened electronics can be returned only if they do not match the description or picture.
Change of Mind: For all categories, returns are accepted only if the product is in its original, unbroken packaging with all tags and accessories.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Used or Damaged by Customer: Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Consumables: Used or installed consumables.
Tampered Serial Number: Products with tampered serial numbers.
Hazardous Goods: Products classified as hazardous goods.
Specific Categories: Consumables, personal care, health care, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable.
Warranty Policy
Buytronics’ Warranty Policy provides coverage for defects in products according to the seller’s terms.
1. General Conditions
Approval Requirement: All warranty claims are subject to Buytronics’ approval.
Claim Window: Requests must be made before the warranty period ends.
2. Entitlement for Replacement or Refund
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if:
Non-Repairable: The product is not repairable within a month.
Repeated Failures: There have been three failed repair attempts for the same issue.
Seller Decision: The seller decides to replace or refund the product immediately.
3. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Physical Damage or Abuse: Physical damage or abuse by the customer.
Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs by unauthorized persons.
4. Additional Conditions
Free Shipping: Approved warranty claims are eligible for free shipping.
Complete Returns: Customers must return the product with all accessories in the original packaging to avoid rejection.
Note: Not all items on Buytronics are covered by warranty. Please check the warranty status of the product before purchase.
